Event Setup
What to expect on event day
Early arrival
Our team arrives 1–2 hours before your event to set up, so everything is ready when guests walk in.
Wireless setup
Our booths run wireless, but please make sure a standard electrical outlet is available if needed.
We bring our own Wi-Fi
We provide our own Wi-Fi, but please share the venue's Wi-Fi name and password if available as a backup.
A point of contact
Please designate an onsite contact who can help with Wi-Fi and approve any additional service time.
