This policy explains how Snazzy Spin General Partnership ("Snazzy Spin," "we," "us") handles personal information collected on snazzyspin.com and at the events where we provide photo and video booths. We're based in Azusa, California.

Information we collect

When you request a booking

Our booking form asks for your name, company (optional), email, phone number, event date and details, venue address, and anything else you choose to tell us. This information is emailed to our team. We don't store it in a website database.

When you visit our website

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. Our host, GoDaddy, also runs a small performance-monitoring script on our pages to keep the site running quickly. To block spam, our form converts your IP address into a scrambled code that can't be turned back into your address, and keeps it only briefly. We don't use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels of our own.

At our events

Our booths capture the photos and videos guests choose to take. Guests who want their photos or videos sent to them can enter an email address or phone number at the sharing station. Sharing is handled by our booth software provider, Snappic. We use that information only to deliver your photos and videos. We don't keep a list of guest contact information or use it for marketing.

How we use your information

• To plan, deliver, and support your event
• To deliver photos and videos to event guests
• To keep business, tax, and contract records
• To protect our website from spam and abuse

We contact clients by email or phone about their events. We do not send marketing text messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• GoDaddy hosts our website, sends form emails, and monitors site performance
• Microsoft 365 provides our business email
• Snappic runs our booth software, galleries, and photo delivery. See Snappic's privacy policy.
• Vimeo plays the sample videos on our site
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on our site

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

• Event photos, videos, and online galleries: deleted about one month after your event.
• Booking requests and client records: kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations.
• Guest sharing information (emails or phone numbers entered at the booth): used only to deliver your photos. Snappic may keep some event data under its own policy.

Photos and videos from events

With permission from our client, as set out in our event agreement, we may share selected event photos and videos on our website and social media to show our work. If you appear in one of our posts and would like it removed, email info@snazzyspin.com and we'll take it down.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@snazzyspin.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

California residents: we do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Do Not Track: we don't track visitors across other websites, so our site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal. Our embedded Vimeo videos are set to do-not-track.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information through it. Children may appear in photos taken at events hosted by our clients. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete those photos by emailing info@snazzyspin.com.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including bot protection on our form and trusted providers for hosting, email, and photo delivery. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
